SpadeClub $25,000 Bellagio Championship Qualifiers Now Running

Exclusive Members Compete in the Bellagio Championship Series for a $25,000 Seat in the 2009 Five-Star World Poker Classic at Bellagio

SpadeClub Exclusive members have been playing in the Bellagio Championship Series daily qualifiers since Aug. 1 to make it into the first weekly qualifier this Saturday, Aug. 9, at 6 p.m. ET. On average, 65 members have been playing in each of the daily qualifiers, with 10 percent advancing to the weekly qualifiers. Some members who have taken first place in the daily qualifiers are “gary60605,” “scrubbycat,” “apoloprinter,” “ace1ofhearts,” and many more. Those members, along with the 300 others who have bought directly into the weekly qualifier using their SpadeClub points, will play to take down that weekly event, wherein the top 10 percent make it to the first monthly qualifier on Aug. 31.

The top nine players of each monthly qualifier with be automatically entered into the Bellagio Championship Series finals in April 2009. The Exclusive members who take first place in each of the eight monthly qualifiers will also receive a seat for a $2,500 satellite into the Bellagio Championship event. The member who wins the Bellagio Championship Series finals will receive the grand prize, which is a $25,000 seat in the 2009 Bellagio Five-Star World Poker Classic main event (which is the WPT Championship event).
