In my comments I also say he seems like a luckbox but his chip stack hasn't gone through the roller coaster type of movement most luckboxes tend to. In fact I have nothing bad to say about his play. He is who I feel will end up being heads up with Jeff Shulman, that is how I see this event playing out.

When I was referring to Darvin Moon as a luckbox, I am not referring to his play. I am referring to the fact that he has been hit in the forehead by the deck more than anyone in the tournament. I also mentioned in the post that we don't have enough information yet to assess his play totally. On TV he has the appearance of a luckbox only because his hands have mostly played themselves. I haven't seen any grave errors from the man, but his cards have played his game more than him.

ohhh i was trying to say when i 1st started in sept 13 of last year i still made it to top 28 in spoy..was trying to tell the players its not over yet...u can do it if u want the spoy that bad..if the prize was differnt i would be playing more games n play them more seriously.......i think iam a better live player anyway this online poker is different game ,,only been playing online since i signed up here ...so a year and sum on online i think iam making good progresss online. gl on sc

Downtown used to play a lot of the smaller games. He was storming through the $10 turbos in January. A small but not insignificant portion of his spoy points comes from when he played the smaller games. He does now play as few games as he says he does and is one of the best players on this site. He's the best player on the leaderboard anyway.
