hi,
very sorry to hear about your bad luck... telling you from my own experiences, when things start to go real bad at the poker tables, it seems there's no end to it... pocket As, Ks go down big time, every 50:50 goes down bad, flopping set/str8/fl get rivered down to runner runner and so on. the end seems no where near as it keeps from happening for days if not for weeks. and when this happens, you just got to "weather the storm."

Happened to me three times tonight, runner, and to seal the deal runner. What are you going to do. Not bet your three of a kind. Diamonds everywhere. I feel like I'm engaged.

What is it you all are not understanding. Its not bridge, its poker. Best starting hand is not necessarily best ending hand. Have the guts to bet high to protectect your starting hand. Of course you can lose that way, but take you're chance.

Just keep in mind the adage about those types of hands...you'll either win a small pot or lose a very large one. You must protect them and they should be played against 1 or 2 opponents max. You need to think at a higher level about how the hand will play against those at your table and use the information you have on your opponents as to how to play the hand.
