Oh Boy, $5.00 My Best 5K yet!

Almost 4 hours and $5 later I'm here to thank Spade Club and all it's members for another fun Sunday.
Today I tryed to play as conservatively as I possibly could. The result was 53rd out of 750+ players in this week's 5k. That's my best finish in the 5k year to date.
I had a great day and again for a few hours my dreams of playing poker for a living were alive and well again.
Unfortunately I ran out of blues and now I need to qualify again,
Hope to see you all next Sunday,
By the way,Can I exchange a red for 8 blues? No? Didn't hurt to ask.

Hello BB. I was right behind you, finishing in 54th. I practiced huge restraint, laying down [what seemed like] hundreds of ace-rags, suited connectors, king-jacks and the like. I never made a mistake, but once again went card dead towards the end of my session. I must admit, I may have played just a little too tightly, especially on one key hand where I was in the small blind, getting short stacked, with K-8 off suit and did not call a pre-flop raise and would have made a full house. Go figure.
