SpadeClub Constitution and Bill of Rights

We the People, the member paying players of SpadeClub, in Order to form a more perfect poker site, establish Justice for all members, insure club Tranquility, provide for the common good of the Community, promote the general Welfare of SpadeClub, do ordain and establish this Spadeclub Member Bill of Rights.
1) Existing members of Spadeclub will be treated at least as good as potential members. There will be no “special” events where “exclusive” members will be shunned and not allowed to play (unless they perform marketing tasks for SpadeClubs marketing department - give us hats for that to wear at casinos!).
2) Any changes to the site will be communicated to the members prior to implementation. This will include an explanation why the changes were made (eg we decrease the points so there will be less people in the weekly/monthly tournaments so our infrastructure can handle the load)
3) A legislative body of 25 SpadeClub members will be voted by the members to assist SpadeClub management in providing input from the community.
4) The SpadeClub management will provide an input mechanism for software enhancements and will supply a list of what is being down and what can not be done, (eg. decrease screen real estate)
