pretty slim odds of that happening, but as people have mentioned it happens and there's unfortunately not much you can do about it =( the only consolation i can give you is that you only invested time into the tournament instead of money...hurts alot more when you have to buy-in to the tournament. good luck in the future though and may you avoid the bad beats!

Bet big and get out all limpers except 1 (he has 88) - FLop A 7 8, turn 3, push all in he calls, river: 8, hits his 1 outer quad 8 on river. One day it will come out that there has always been shady programming on these sites.

Sorry to hear about your bad beat. It happens to me a lot also. You don't play for awhile and you want to maximize your results. You know you still have the great poker skills needed to go deep in the tourny. Your confidence level gets very high and then bam, a bad beat and you're out. My questions are, What were the blinds? What position where you in? How many chips did you have left? How many people at the table? Could you have folded the A,5 preflop?
