LOVE THIS SITE, BUT SOFTWARE ISSUE PISSES ME OFF!

I'm a weekend player mostly. I entered a 5k qualifier, qualified and was not issued a chip even though the tourney got over with 8 minutes till the freakin 5k. Now I purposly knocked myself out of the tourney (losing points) to get the damn chip nothing. Dispite numerous logins and logouts nothing! Not only did I give up point expansion but also could lose out on making the money. I'm so pissed right now that I'm going to say spade club suck my fuckin dick, so I can make some money. Fuckin shit.

I also noticed this problem. Usually the chip is credited a few minutes after getting knocked out of a qualifier, but yesterday I waited well over 4hrs after a 40k tourney and the chip never appeared. When I woke up this morning I checked and the chip had finally been credited sometime during the night. I don't understand the delay. This is a new problem and I sure hope the powers that be will look into it.
