Thank you for the nice comment. What I do is staying solid and try to play premium hands, and if I call early position, I try to play cards that can stand a raise. Late position, I can be a donk too, cuz of pot odds and everyone is limping. But I fold a lot, only call my low pair if it is cheap, I try to give it a try on the turn, but if no help, I just fold, and it's been working so far, it's been taking me deep in tourneys, thus gaining points for SPOY.
