Bad beats

I was taught that if you don't receive bad beats, you aren't playing correctly. You should praise the person who puts the bad beat on you...they are your source. Without the people who constantly suck out, there would be no profitable poker. I'm embarrassed when I suck out...smiling, but embarrassed.

the only bad part about suck outs is they think they are good poker players....then have the gaul to laugh at you.....

I agree 100%. Sure would be nice if they still didn't sting so bad.
I also agree that I am a bit embarrased if I make the wrong read and end up going in behind and still sucking out, but only for a moment.....
