Possible quirk with Random Number Generator

I have noticed on several occasions while playing multiple tourneys that the flops will contain the 2 (sometimes 3 but not very often) of the same cards. For example, 1st table flops Ac 10d 5h then the next table will flop 10d 5h 7s, then the third (as many as I've tried to play at the same time) will flop 5h 7s Kc. I have emailed support to see if they can research/montior this and find out if this is a glitch in the RNG and tweak the program if possible. Has anyone else noticed this or am I completely off base here? I will post Support's reply for any interested.

Most of the time I notice this because neither of the similar flops helps me. When this happens in a brick and mortar environment, someone usually asks if the card were shuffled. The reply is usually it's a different deck. I was alarmed at the number of times I have been busted by a straight, where the widow included four of the cards. I have also noticed this on the flops, but what about your hole cards? I have had the same 2 cards at different tables when playing multiple tournaments.
Sometimes I think things like that stand out, but they relly are random.
I enjoy the game and really like this site.
