FORT HOOD MEMORIAL SERVICE 10 NOV 2009

To all who are interested,
Fort Hood will be holding a memorial service for all the victims of the shooting last Thursday. President Obama will be here along with a few others to show their respects. If you live in the area and would like to come it is open to the public. My boyfriend, Buyacka9, posted a blog about the event. I posted a blog right after I was able to get off post safely. I work in the building next to where the shooting took place. Please continue to pray for the victims and their families. Everyday life on this base has changed dramatically since the shooting. Now we know that nowhere is truely a safe place to be. Be careful and cautious of your surroundings. Be Blessed and have a great day.

How could the FBI not have notified the Army? And, if they did, why did the Army continue to force deployment? Just because the shooter was a phsyciatrist didn't mean he would not carry out his hate feelings and actions.

I would like to see who in the FBI and who in the Army contributed to this disaster. Accountability is a concept. It is seriously lacking in Army and government life. I guarantee it will be swept under the rug. They too are guilty!

Irishqueen , has apoint but they the cia ,fbi and homeland security dropped the ball big time and for them to allow an hime to be in contact with any country we are at odds with is just wrong and who ever had information about his activities should be held accountable but the govrement will try and cover thier butts first and formost as the families that are devoted to serving this great nation are subjected to the dangers of war i commend any and all that do become defenders of our freedom wi
