DOES SPADE CLUB GIVE A RODENT'S RUMP ABOUT US ONCE THEY HAVE THEIR $20?

Has anyone else been less than satisfied with the responses they've received from SC "Support"? I've received exactly ONE obviously canned 'boilerplate' response from them in reply to 3 carefully thought-out emails-and I'm not happy.

As in-I'm leaving the site and checking out greener pastures such as: club.com.

I've met some great people here and some excellent tourney players. The overall experience has been good for me and I know it has improved my game. I admire the membership concept and the way it skirts the UIGEA. I do wish Spade Club well and sincerely hope management gets it's act together before many others become disgruntled.

Here's part of my 4th and final email to Support which was sent just a few minutes ago. Am I on the mark or way out of line here? I need honest feedback, please...

You scrapped one of the most valuable tools an observant player had, [# of hands played].

The hand history function is a poor joke.

The stats don't track from table to table, rendering them worthless.

The notes don't work on more than 1 table at a time.

The tables are not resizeable.

My preferred seat won't stay put as I get moved from table to table.

I get moved INTO the blinds directly FROM the blinds.

The software certainly appears biased toward clueless players to reward poor play,

The SPOY is somewhat biased in favor of one-shot wonders placing high just ONCE in the larger tourneys rather than toward someone who consistently makes final tables in the smaller $ tourneys.

The distribution of $ in the tourneys is GREATLY biased in favor of daytime/early evening players, leaving virtually no $$ for those of us who can only play the nighttime hours.

Shall I go on?

NAH--easier just to move on to another site where management doesn't have their collective heads totally up their butts..

You spend good money advertising on TV to ATTRACT players, then don't give a crap about them once they join. Real smart long-range planning, guys. Straighten it up or prepare to sink relatively quickly.

This new economy is going to take no prisoners, and poor [or, as in the case of SC, NONEXISTENT] customer service will be swiftly punished by people voting with their wallets.
