I usually don't let a MORON get to me, but this guy, (Buyaka), just wouldn't QUIT!! He reported me, and cut his own throat. He lost his chat also. Larry....that's the NBA player and it was only a million.....I was blogging about the asian guy who was in the news yesterday. Here's the fine print on a marker — which says a "failure to return the money is a criminal offense"
Under a 1983 state statute and practiced since the late 1990s, equates a marker to a check. Thus, an unpaid marker is equivalent to a bounced check, and bouncing a check is classified as theft.

Larry....Actually unpaid markers are turned over to collection agencies. When markers are extremely large, as in this case of 137 million, the person can be prosecuted for fraud or embezzlement etc. I know that the MGM uses Martini, Hughes & Grossman to collect unpaid markers. Don't ask me how I know, I just know LOL. I lived in Vegas and I know of no special debtor's law for casinos. Casinos can influence the DA to prosecute circumstances surrounding the debt but not the debt itself.

Right on...me too....He's a businessman and aparently a successful one so it's not like he's stupid....he gets no sympathy from me either.
