Quantum Mechanics and the RNG

According to Quantum Mechanics there are several possible worlds that exist at the same time. Our actions have an effect on everything that happens after we, observe something and act upon that observation. Check, call, or Raise; until we take action all outcomes (winning, tying, or losing) exist at the same time.
.
Google "Schrodinger's cat" for a great thought experiment concerning the paradox of two different things happening at the same time.
.

How does this relate to poker?
.

Lets say I have pocket eights and I fold to a large raise, and an eight comes up on the flop; would that same eight have come up if I had stayed in the hand? In other words, is the state of the flop "set" after the cards are shuffled? Or is it possible that if I had stayed in the hand, the eight would not have come up?

Also; are the remaining cards being constantly shuffled while the betting is taking place? If you had bet 1 second sooner, or later, would that have affected the next card being delt?
.
The RNG (Random Number Generators) work great! How do I know this? Because after having delt BILLIONS of hands on every online poker site; no one sober, not drunk or stoned, has claimed to have seen the same 2 cards delt at the same time!!!!!!
.
I have seen 2 Jack of Hearts delt on the flop at the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa Fl. It was a busy friday night, the Jack of Diamonds got bent and the Pit Boss replaced it. However he replaced the Jack of Diamonds with a Jack of Hearts instead!
.
I have heard other similar stories also. however bad the beat happens online it is not because the shuffle was messed up. The software might be off, however the RNG is operating the same in whatever world Quantum Mechanics places it in.
