Razz, and I don't know why, because I hate the damn game, but I'm addicted to it, so there you go. Second to that is Hold'Em. So add Razz, SpadeClub. Only 5 people will play, sure, but I'll be one of them.

I'm quite fond of T.J. Cloutier; I've spent a lot of time with him and his wife Joy, so I root for him. All the other pros have to wait until they have a beer with me before I really care.

72s is my favorite hand, especially in late position where I can limp in. It really annoys people when they lose to 72, and that brings me joy. I don't really have any lucky hands. The big pairs win more often, but any two cards can flop a boat.

New York New York, The Venetian, Cache Creek (awesome room, they have the electronic tables, and so you get all these total fish who wouldn't otherwise sit at a casino table, but play for the novelty. I've never had a losing session here)

Developing software, spending time with my family, and squeezing in poker whenever I can find an excuse.

In general terms I'm a fan of comedy, action, sci-fi, suspense. I don't particularly like westerns, and chick flicks drive me crazy, along with women who object to "chick flick", they drive me crazy too. And "flight attendants", don't get me started...

Anything that isn't reality TV, which these days pretty much means I don't watch a whole lot of TV. Seriously, what is wrong with people these days?

Ken Follett, Terry Pratchett, pretty much any author whose name ends with two t's. I have this obnoxious obsession with a book called Memory Blank, which I usually read once a year, even though it's roughly 7th grade reading material.

Here's my attitude on music: "It's not country or gangster rap? Excellent!" My dislike of country music and movie westerns is related, so at least I'm consistent. As for gangster rap, I don't identify with the gangster lifestyle, not even a little.

I usually don't listen to music when I play, but when I do, I typically go with high energy music, a lot of Chemical Brothers and Crystal Method and AC/DC.
