JJ is a tough hand to play with a raise and re-raise out of position., especially being on the bubble. If you were really short stack maybe it's worth a call, otherwise it's an easy fold.

So we're at the bubble of the $550 I have a decent chip stack, right around average. Get dealt A-A. It's raised and then a guy goes all in so I shove. First guy all in has K-3....runner runner trips. He wins main pot I take the side. Very next hand I have J-J in BB one raise, small blind all in again I shove. Small blind has 4-4 caller has A-J off. Guy with fours flops trips but no biggie main pot is like 3k side pot is about 40k so whats the turn? Yep an an ace....

Hiya, Spark. As they say, "It depends." E.g., tourney level, position, chip stacks, pot odds, implied odds, playing style, tilt factor, etc., etc. In general, I think you want to get your chips in when you have the best of it--if raised to you, reraise or push with AA, KK, or QQ. Howsomeever, I have read that with 22-JJ early in a tourney, fold if raised to you in any position. Of course, this may not be typical, and your experience may vary! Better luck next time...chop, chop
