I do not have that.....i think i can play very good but i play to high stakes with not alot of money

back down a level until you build your bankroll back up. Many pros have had to do this numberous times.
You also need to pay yourself. You are working for yourself and your bankroll is the money you need for your business. Pay yourself your wage and then the excess goes into your bankroll. If you are using your living money then you are gambling with what you can't afford to lose.

Bankroll management is one of the most important factors in being able to survive as a poker player.You need at least 5 times the maximum buy in at a table. If you do not have that then you ahve to move down in stakes. Once you build your bankroll enough to move up in limits (5x's that next level buy in) you may go up. It is a slow tedious process but you need the discipline to make it. If you lose when you move up in level to a point that is lower than 5xs the buy in you need to move....
