wow horsie, that is amazing!! good for you!! you must feel awesome!! I have always been athletic but I have also always been diabetic. When you get older as a diabetic, you have to exercise everday, so I just walk whenever I have to go to the stores now. It goes to show you that you can be diabetic but it doesn't own you. I have always managed it through diet and exerxise. I can't wait to see your pictures!

hey horse have missed you too especially your jokes. new site is called club.com. it is exactly like spade club when it started. still very small with lots of the better spade club players there.only 356 in this weeks 5k. i have won $86 in first two weeks. lot of 10 and 20 games. few 50 ,100 and 500 everyday. so far the picking a pretty ease but know it can't last forever just like spade club. check it out bro the time is right. gl and hope to see ya there.
