I read your blog and I know a little bit about that since I've had 3 fusion surgeries in my neck and lower back. And you just want to feel as normal as possible again. I can still walk but the activites are almost done. It took me awhile to get over the depression from it I'm 39 now 33 when it happened. Getting ready to settle my case. That will help lol. Keep you chin up and never stop fighting that's why God put us here. See you at the finals my friend
