Poker is FUN...... WHEN you are WINNING?

I think poker is a fun game. I've been playing this game for years now and I have experiemented in alot of different styles of play to understand what the better style of play for me is. I do know one thing -- Winning is much better than losing. LOL!!

Especially to those playing poker who doesnt have a clue about folding a hand. Everyone has there own concept about the game of poker thats why there is so many books and styles of play.
**** THE TRUTH IS - ANY STYLE CAN WIN *** There isnt a set rules of wrong and right play because of that - another man's trash is another man's treasure.

But that's what make poker so enticing, even if you are losing. My Question to you guys is-- IS POKER FUN FOR YOU WHEN U ARE WINNING ONLY?

people must accept the fact that there are times when you run good and you will run bad. running bad is never fun, but thats poker.

It's obviously more fun to win, but losing is learning and learning is fun for me. If poker is only fun when you win, you should take two weeks off then quit.

I must disagree about a wrong and right way to play. There are a lot of wrong ways to play your hand if you think about it. You dont want to go all-in on a flop of AAK holding poc 2's when 4 people have seen the flop when there is only 300 in the pot and you shove for 1500. It just doesn't make sense. That to me is a wrong way to play. I am not saying that all players should play the same I am just saying there is a good and bad way to play the game in certain situations.

its fun either way but its more fun when ur winning but i hv to respectfully dissagre with u when u said that theres no correct way of playing poker yes there is and is call common sense and patience and picking ur spots and playing ur opponents and chosing the right moments all of these attributes put together makes a good maybe even great poker players

Its good to see some responses. Anyone can talk about the math in poker or instinct in poker, but you cant take away the fact of alot of luck in poker. Poker is similar to pool... everyone can play it but not everyone is great at it. The difference is that pool has a set of rules to follow and if u follow those u are guaranteed to win more times than not in comparison to poker.
