How many decks are they actually using, it damn sure isnt 1.....................

I have been a member here for awhile now and recently experienced a situation where I was in a game holding A 8, the flop throws down 2 8 8 followed with the turn coming up with yet another 8. If I have a brain at all Im thinking Ive got the nuts here, because quads rule. Anyway, we were in the late stages of the tournament and I was short stacked so I pushed all my chips in, I get called from the guy sitting directly to my left. Guess what, he turns over 6 8. Wow.. What is up with that? I immediately ask a silly question like "Anyone know how many decks they're using" and there are only four 8's in a deck right? Some smart ass said " no 6". None the less, This happened, I would never say such a thing if it hadnt. In addition to that happening I also went to a showdown with one other player and we both had the exact same hand! I told SC about it and their reaction was something I never expected.. They basically told me that theres no way it happened because they take percautions to ensure that it doesnt. Are you kidding me, basically telling me? They said they needed the exact hand number of that tournament to check it out. Well gee thats pretty hard to do when you can only view 5 at a time and wouldnt you know it I couldnt find that hand anywhere, the history would only show up to hand 15 and nowhere in those hands did that hand appear. All they could say was " Their software only lets you see 5 hands at a time, more less telling me Im SOL........... sht outta luck!
