The silence is deafening!

Why the silence when someone goes all in? I noticed over the last weekend that SC has silence conversation when someone goes all in. Anybody know why? If the concern is about improper talking, how about letting us make expressions, or letting us wish the participants good luck, or gg. It just seems kind of crazy that free speech is under attack nowadays all over the place. Never thought it would spread to the poker tables.
