Good job bro! I was on life support and was card dead forever. Finally picked up A10hh in the bb and button raised so I shoved and he shows 10 10 and SC did its magic and flopped the case 10 . Next time I guess ..... GL @ the felt!

Interesting Weekend in the Sat 1K and 5K on Sun

Well how can I start? I will go with this..NEVER...and I mean NEVER take time away from "date day"(which I was unaware of) to play in a tournament.
It all started with me playing the Bellagio Event...which she made me 40 min late for...needless to say that didn't go well(the event or the 40 min late). So since we weren't going out to dinner until 9ish (which in her head could be more than 30/40 min late). So I am playing the Sat 1000. Have a very nice stack 23K at first break(4th place)...can "sit out" if I had to and still cashed. She gets over here and I go in to take a shower since we are still 2+ hours out. End of story...I come out 10 min later and my 23K is gone to ZILCH!!!
Second....the 5K today. Running quite well, staying out of trouble. top 50 most of tourny until disaster strikes...INTERNET is up but Spade Club isn't..go figure. So for the last 50 min of tourny my stack goes from top 50 to NADA!! Able to play maybe 5 hands in that time period....worst one was A Q spades and flopping the nut draw as well as straight draw and could do nothing with it.. Already contacted support to see what can be done, wasn't multi-tasking or anything and had 3 of 4 bars...so we will see what happens. Did place and get paid so that was good.
All in all a wash for the weekend...but do remember ...Don't leave the poker software on when a ....simmering girlfriend is in the house!!

Oh yeah...before i get "Donkey" comments about my hand i was mad not to be in...I was open ended and had 2 overs to the board.. plus the nut flush (royal) draw, so a Plethora of outs to say the least.. Also spade club support is quickly helping my software problem, so props to them.
