Zen and poker
By jls191May 28, 09 08:38 AM

Ego is my own worst enemy. If I can beat my own ego I would be a much better poker player. So from now on I am going to take a zen style approach to poker and life and see where that takes me. I will not give you an earfull for giving me a bad beat and will learn to fold when you catch the 2 outter on the river........ maybe :)

Zen is the way to timing, Frankly when you learn not to push your hand...meaning betting because you ego cannot accept the fact that you lost the hand, or have lost the hand. all my wins have been when I was in a Zen State and just going with the flow.
