What is a SukOut?

Its just like the Poker Commerical, 'My Trap worked, he's only got 4 outs and he's going home, the person behind called the All In, and see's the bad news. And that bad player calls the all in on the river and hits that 4 outer.....Well thats a SukOut. It is not when I have pocket 10's and you only have overs preflop, and everybody is all in preflop.
