New Game Razz

Razz is a very interesting game, that requires you to use your brain more than Holdem. At least I think so. You have to look at the up cards that the other players have, as well as all of your cards. With this information you have decide to bet, call, raise, or fold. In my mind it is a very fun game to play.
I have played about 8 tournies since it started here. I have won 5 placed in 2 and went out early in the last one. I think I am good but not that good. I don't mind winning, but the people I play against are the reason why, I have done so well. To say it simply they do not know what they are doing. People are raising with 2 pr face cards up. That shows me that they are playing around or have no idea what the game is about. In doing this they affect the other players that are in the hand. If you have a drawing hand or a made but weak hand, these players inflate the pot for the winner. It may be you, or the other player in. That is not how the game should be played.
One of the reasons for this is that Spade Club hasn't posted the rules for this game. At least as far as I can tell. If they have I can't find them.
Many people truly don't have any idea what the best hand is in that game. They have no idea whats going on. Once thay figure that out they get bored, and donk off thier chips so they can leave. I suggest that Spade Club post something about this game, so people have a basic idea of how to play.
In the mean time people should know that in Razz the best hand possible is A2345. The next best is A2346, and so on. Flushes and straights mean nothing. Pairs are BAD, trips are VERY BAD, quads are VERY VERY BAD.
The best 3 cards to start with would be A23. The worst 3, would be KKK. The very best 7 card hand would be A2 down 5KK4 up, and 3 down. The funny thing is that you could win with the KKK, but if you do, why were you there in the first place.
In closing Razz is a fun challenging game, don't mess it up for everyone else if you find yourself there with no clue. If you do, slow down and think about what I have just written about. You might find that it is a better game than Holdem.

I'd rather play Razz against inexperienced players any day of the week, rather than inexperienced hold em players. You can have someone clueless at razz, you have them boardlocked, yet they keep raising and reraising you, when you have a zero chance of losing; vs hold em where someone like me can call a raise with 6 high, get lucky, and flop the nuts, Luck plays a part in razz as well, but a solid razz player will win more consistently than in hold em (if they can even find a razz game).

respect the board. Against someone who does not understand the game, you obviously cannot bluff, regardless of your board cards. So, I am perfectly content with no rules being posted, as long as players are willing to play a game in which they have no understanding, especially when we start playing for real money.

tighten up against a loose table and loosen up against a tight table, in Razz you want to play the board against experienced players, but your cards against inexperienced ones. Have the goods when they are betting their JJ69 board (or worse), and stay out of the way when another player challenges them without a made hand, because the pot will get HUGE. Conversely, against good RAZZ players, you can always bet your A345 board, regardless of you hole cards because they have the sense to (cont)

I am glad other good players are getting into the Razz game. Personally, I have been playing RAZZ for years, and started because it was the last game I needed to learn to play HORSE. After learning it, I came to appreciate its' strategy and nuances. Unlike my friend Mastermind, however, I am perfectly content with playing against opponents who don't know how to play. Just like in holdem, you just have to adjust your style according to the experience of the table. Whereas in holdem you will (cont
