It was well thought out and, in my opinion, played correctly. I figure, since you posted this blog, that you've been insulted and hurt by comments made regarding your play. Thank you for the voice. Most men are fine playing with women, but for those of you who are not, you need to get your act together. We are all people. I have seen both women and men win at poker and with time I am sure there will be more well know women poker players

nice post naynay!!! i get sick of of everybody trying to tell people how to play their cards too!!!! not everybody here is a pro. some people are here to learn to play a better game and try to have fun in our spare time.if they are that good write a book!!! and maybe i will buy it. but bottom line is my chips my cards my account. and i will play my cards any way i want too!!!! as for women playing. what were dolly copp and guess. both 40k winners!!!!!

Women ....cant live with um cant play hold em against um.(i stare to much)...there all a bunch of donks (thats my highest compliment)So please women out there tell a poor donk when u have the or his nuts so i can fold ...maybe i should buy a cup(athletic supporter) to play poker?

The best day of my life, was winning $21,600.00 on a poker tournament and only 5 women entered. IT WAS beautiful when i kicked their a$$es one by one. YES guys get over it, we will take you down, and trust me I don't say sorry...... no mercy.....women in poker rock.

hey Nay! interesting post, I always said a female has an edge over a guy in a live cash game or tourney , men tend to let their egos get in the way of making rational decisions at poker table. I try to play each person the same regardless of gender, the only time i play differently is when im trying something new or I am against a known complainer or whiner then i will go out of my way to lay a bad beat on them, just for general principle. but complainers and whiners is another post, anyway

Let's see, I see two thoughts intertwined. First on women players, I say, Go Ladies! I play with a lot of lady friend. Probably more than guy friends. I'm a table chatter and they make it a lot more fun. I play the game for both excellence and fun. Which leads to point two which is playing for excellence. Playing well is a combination of the cards you hold and the strategies you play. No matter what anyone says, there are poor players and pros. I urge everyone to get better. Why not? I try.

Female or male, it does not make any difference in how one plays. Anyone can achieve success if true effort is put forth. Poker is not a battle of the sexes but a complex web of components which developes actions from an organ know as the brain. Good luck people.

As a man I for one welcome woman players, and wont play any differently against a woman than I will against a man. There r good and bad players of both sexes, and playing differently because your playing a woman makes you a BAD player IMO. :)

Thank you for speaking out for woman playing poker. It is very difficult on the net on all sites. I just love it when the male ego feels the need to keep betting against a female - but we are here to stay and we will win more and more!! I just wonder how many of you know how many times you have played and lost to a woman?
