What's your bankroll on Full Tilt? You should try playing more $5 plus mtts, those $1 and $3 ones are too cheap and the pay sucks. try playing a few $11 mtts with about 250 to 500 players. You stats r sound and you should increase your bankroll if you play your cards right, that is if your bankroll is at least $200. I try not to play over 5% of my bankroll.

95% is good, but what it really comes down to is ROI. The top 2% are the very good players and top 1% are the elite players. I was in the top 2% for a while last year. I was ranked in the 98.5th percentile last year on Full Tilt with a 44% ROI and a $2,844 profit. For some reason the site doesn't take bounties into account, so the profits are really bigger when you play KO's a lot, and I did. I also had rakeback on that account. My total profit on that account was really around 4k.
