That really sucks man, ...I got really sick when I was 19 spent months in and out of the hospital and they never diagnosed what I had...I had lost fifty pounds in about four months and couldn't keep any food down..After literally dozens of clinical tests and copius bloodwork, they told my parents I must be addicted to drugs and discharged me when I weighed 114 pounds (I am 6'1) and my bloodsugar count was 30...

Doctors f&&k up just like the rest of us, only with more serious consequences. I hope it's your thyroid too, because a pill 1x a day and quarterly blood tests aren't bad at all, considering the alternatives.
