I think ur effort to get a friendlier atmosphere is well worth noting and if you need any help or feel a player is stalkin u, please let me know. I would be happy to note them and help u get even with them. If I were still an ISI I would recommend u. I know some of them well and if u want I will recommend u to them. If ur interested prepare urself for the initial ISI backlash, some players dont like people who try to help or are nice to others. POWer to u my good friend.
