non US residents tax withholdings

Now spade club keeps 30% of winnings from non US residents that you want to withdrawel for "US tax requirements". Try to get back that 30% is next to impossible unless you use a lawyer or a speciality firm. So, whatever you win now...deduct 30% from it unless you use all monry won for monthly fees which sort or defeats the purpose of playing here. This was never mentioned when I joined the site...surprise!!!
I will use the 95$ I now have in my account for monthly fees and hope to win big in the 5 & 40 K tourneys. If that happens I will withdraw all funds less 30% and quit SC. If it doesn't happen then when the 95$ runs out I will quit SC regardless.
I hope other non US residents comment on this and also email SC regarding these concerns.
Ken
