Last Nights 2000$ WSOP Tournament!

Why in the world do tour on this sight get canceled all of the time I was ranked 4th out of 200 when it canceled and i cant play on the restart because I will be out of town! they will not refund my points or offer an explaination as to why this keeps happining! I really like playing on SC but if this keeps happing i am going to cancel my account and go some where that this doesent happen. Thoughts??? Am I crazy for wanting my points back? Should they do something for thoses of us who can not play in the restart??
